Treatment Conditions

Before undergoing a treatment, you should be familiar with our treatment terms and conditions so that you feel safe and well-prepared before your appointment.

If you have any questions or need advice, our customer support is ready to help you. If necessary, we recommend that you also consult your doctor to make sure that the treatment is safe for you.

Pregnant

For those of you who are pregnant, we only treat you during weeks 13-36 of pregnancy. We have a treatment option, which has been developed specifically for pregnant women and lasts 50 minutes. This is the only treatment option you can choose with us during your pregnancy. You will find the treatment in the booking as 'Pregnancy Weeks 13-36'.

If you have a high-risk pregnancy or are experiencing complications related to your pregnancy, we do not perform treatment regardless of the week of pregnancy. We encourage you to consult your doctor to ensure that massage is a safe form of treatment for you.

We do not perform massage therapy for:

• Pregnant women before week 13 and after week 36

• Minors/children under 16

• Infectious diseases, including severe colds with fever, flu

• Febrile shock (circulatory failure)

• Influence of alcohol and/or medications

• Violation of our general guidelines

• General guidelines should not be followed

blood pressure • After recent surgery • Blood clots in the last 24 months • High-risk pregnancy and gestational diabetes • Cancer • Severe scoliosis • Edema • Early/acute prolapse We do not perform massage therapy on relevant areas that have: • Acute inflammation • All forms e.g. tendonitis • All types of wounds and eczema. • Local, infectious conditions • Neuropathy, formerly called “neuritis,” now referred to as nerve disease/pathology • Arthritis • Varicose veins • Hematoma • Lymphedema • Phlebitis

How can I cancel a treatment?

In the confirmation message you receive, you can follow a link to cancel the treatment up to 12 hours before it starts.
